Peri-menopause and menopause are likely to occur over a period of between four and ten years of your life. Some major hormonal changes occur and these have big impacts on body shape, osteoporosis risk, mood, sleep and your ability to get good results from exercise.
There are things which you can do to make this process easier and to maintain good health for many decades to come.
This course will explore what you can control and how to do that in a supportive small group. Lots of opportunities to ask questions and get personalised advice.
