Six Weeks of this Awesome Course


This six week course run by nutritionist Corinne and Pilates and exercise instructor Charmaine will equip you to head towards your latter years fitter both inside and out.

As we get older so our dietary needs and our bodies change,  and so we need to respond with the way that we eat to keep our bodies and our minds in the best possible working order. 

Add to that an age appropriate exercise plan which won't require your knee to go behind your neck (ouch!) and which will address specific age related joint, balance, strength and flexibility issues.

Everything's online, so there for you to access at your leisure. At specific times we will hold interactive sessions for those who like to connect personally.

After six weeks you should feel fitter, better informed and prepared to navigate the next few years with confidence in remaining healthy and active.
