Most people seem to have only a vague idea of what actually constitutes a healthy diet and what is just cleverly worded marketing hype or internet misinformation with no credible evidence behind it.
So, let me guide you through the fundamentals of heathy eating. Over a period of six weeks I will introduce you to the aspects of a healthy diet which are science backed and tried and tested, over decades and decades.
As part of a private facebook group (or daily emails if you don't have facebook) I will present information, tips, ideas, recipes and some of the science- in simple terms- to lay the building blocks of everyday eating. You can comment, share your own thoughts, ask questions and feel supported in the group.
At some point during the six weeks we will schedule a call where you will spend 45 minutes with me addressing your own dietary concerns - totally confidentially. This will help both you and I to fine tune the general information which I share to suit your body and your needs.
Each week at a given time we will have a group zoom catch up to discuss the week's nutrition topic, ask questions, comment and generally be social!
Once the 6 weeks is over, the group posts will still be there for you to go back to, reread, use the recipes and so on.
